Assign to anyone
Give a task to one person, or to all managers, all assistants or everyone at a branch.

Task Center
Tasks, reminders and approvals for your whole team, right where they already work. The bell at the top of every page shows what needs doing, and MartialCRM adds the tasks you would otherwise have to remember.
One list for the whole team
Calls to return, uniforms to order, a parent to follow up with: write it down once, and the right people see it.
Give a task to one person, or to all managers, all assistants or everyone at a branch.
Set a due date and a priority from low to urgent. Red means overdue, amber means due today, and green means on track.
Make a task repeat daily, weekly or monthly. When it is done, the next one appears with its new due date.
Leave a reminder for yourself or a colleague, so the follow-up you promised actually happens.
A task about a student or lead opens their record in one click, with everything you need for the call.
Every task keeps a record of who created, reassigned and finished it, with their notes.
Tasks MartialCRM creates for you
Some things should never depend on someone remembering. MartialCRM raises a task for the right people when:
Approvals
When something needs a manager's yes, it arrives as a task with Approve and Deny buttons, and the work is done the moment they decide.
Ask to move a student to another branch from their profile. That branch's manager approves or denies it, and an approved student moves right away.
For classes where you want to vet each booking, approve it or decline it with a reason, and the family is emailed either way.
The bell shows a count of open tasks on every page, and new ones are marked until you have seen them.
No. Tasks live inside MartialCRM. The bell at the top of every page shows how many are waiting, so nothing extra lands in anyone's inbox or phone.
The people a task is assigned to, the person who created it, and the managers of its branch, who can reassign or close any task there. Staff who look after the whole school can create tasks for any branch.
Yes. Managers and assistants can both create tasks and reminders, and complete the ones given to them or to their group. Approvals are for managers.
The next one is created straight away with its new due date, so a weekly or monthly chore never needs to be set up again.
