MartialCRM has served martial arts schools since 2004. It was created by instructors and school owners who wanted software that worked the way their schools did.
Our story
Born at the front desk of a working school
MartialCRM launched in 2004 in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Its founders taught martial arts and ran schools, and they were tired of business software that treated students like sales leads and needed weeks of setup before it was any use.
They built something simpler, then spent years refining it alongside front desk staff and school administrators. Each feature was kept only if it made a real school easier to run. Anything that got in the way was taken out.
That makes MartialCRM one of the oldest CRMs made for martial arts. Today it has been rebuilt from the ground up on a modern, secure platform, while keeping the simplicity schools have relied on for two decades.
