Recurring classes
Repeat a class weekly on the days you choose, every few weeks, or monthly, such as the first Saturday. The schedule extends itself as time goes on.

Scheduling and booking
Build your weekly timetable once, let families book a place online, and keep the front desk calendar up to date without retyping a thing.
Your timetable
Set up each class the way it really runs, and MartialCRM keeps the weeks ahead filled in.
Repeat a class weekly on the days you choose, every few weeks, or monthly, such as the first Saturday. The schedule extends itself as time goes on.
Offer one-on-one time as private lesson slots right beside your group classes.
Add a seminar, a make-up class or a special event as a single session, without touching the regular timetable.
Set how many places each class has and the ages it is for, so the right families book the right class.
Close for a holiday or a tournament weekend and every session in those days is cancelled at once. Anyone who booked online is told by email.
See every class, how many places are booked and who is waiting, on a computer or as a simple day list on a phone.
Online booking
Families see open places on your public schedule and book in a minute, day or night. Every email comes from your branch's own Gmail or Outlook inbox, so replies reach your front desk.
Your public schedule shows each class as open, nearly full or full. Visitors filter by location and activity.
They enter their details and the code emailed to them. Their place is held while they do.
The booking is confirmed straight away, or as soon as a manager approves it in the Task Center.
The link in every email lets them cancel or move to another session, up to the cutoff you choose.
At the front desk
Open any session to see who is coming, mark who has paid, and add a student from your records in a few keystrokes.
When a class is full, people join the waitlist. If a place opens, your team gets a high-priority task to offer it to the next person.
Bookings that need a decision wait in the Task Center and on the schedule. Approve them, or decline with a reason that is emailed to the family.
Choose how far ahead people can book, how close to the start booking closes, and how late a booking can be cancelled or moved.
Move a booking to another session of the same class, or cancel it, and let the family know by email.
Open a class to everyone, keep it for current students, or show it on your schedule without online booking.
Calendar sync
Connect a branch's Outlook or Microsoft 365 mailbox, turn on calendar sync, and MartialCRM keeps a calendar of every upcoming session in that account, updated as the schedule changes.
Each location keeps its own schedule and its own time zone.
Share a link or embed the schedule in your own site.
Confirmations, reminders and changes come from your branch's address.
Visitors who book a first class can be added to your leads.
Yes, for the classes you open to online booking. They pick a session on your public schedule, confirm their email address with a code, and get a confirmation email with a link to cancel or move the booking. No account or password is needed, and a parent can book up to four children at once.
Yes. Each branch, or your whole school, gets a public schedule page. Share the link, or paste the embed code into your website. One version of the code resizes itself to fit your page.
People can join the waitlist, online or at the front desk. When a place opens up, your team gets a task to offer it to the next person, and moves them into the class with one click.
Outlook and Microsoft 365. Once a branch has connected its Outlook mailbox, MartialCRM keeps a calendar of the branch's upcoming sessions in that account. Google Calendar sync is not available yet.
No. The calendar shows only your classes and sessions. A private lesson appears once someone books it, marked as booked, without the student's name, so the calendar is safe to share.
No. MartialCRM does not process payments. Staff can mark a booking as paid, so the front desk knows who still owes for a class.
We set up your class types and booking rules with you, just as we set up your belts and membership plans. After that, managers build and change the schedule and approve bookings, and assistants book students in and look after the waitlist.

Tell us about your school. We will answer your questions, show you around and help you choose the right plan.
